The terms that govern tutoring services provided by Cooperdyne Learning.
Effective Date: April 1, 2026
By booking a tutoring session, submitting a contact form, or using the cooperdynelearning.com website, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all clients of Cooperdyne Learning, a division of Cooperdyne Tech LLC (“Cooperdyne,” “we,” “us”). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services or website.
Cooperdyne Learning provides one-on-one academic tutoring and exam preparation for middle and high school students across Central Florida. Sessions are conducted in-home or online based on your preference and availability. Services include math tutoring, SAT and ACT preparation, homework support, and Florida exam prep.
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services at our discretion, including if a student’s needs fall outside our service scope or if conduct during sessions is disruptive or unsafe.
Sessions are scheduled through our online booking system at cal.com. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of that session from a purchased package.
We will provide reasonable notice if we must cancel a session. We will not charge for sessions we cancel and will offer a makeup session or credit at our discretion.
Payment is due at the time of booking unless other arrangements have been made (for example, families using Step Up for Students or other Florida scholarship programs). Package sessions are non-refundable once used. Unused sessions in a package may be applied toward a future booking within 90 days of purchase.
For families using scholarship funding through Step Up for Students or related programs, billing is handled directly with the scholarship provider. You are responsible for maintaining your scholarship eligibility and notifying us promptly of any changes.
All students receiving tutoring services must have a parent or legal guardian who has agreed to these terms. Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring a safe, appropriate environment for in-home sessions. For online sessions, a parent or guardian must be present in the home (though not necessarily in the same room) during all sessions involving students under the age of 18.
We provide structured, individualized tutoring and track student progress through session notes and progress reports. While we work hard to help every student improve, we cannot guarantee specific grade outcomes, test scores, or academic results. Progress depends on student effort, consistency, and individual learning factors outside our control.
All Cooperdyne tutors pass a background check and a teaching demonstration before working with any student. We maintain standards of professional conduct for all tutoring staff. If you have concerns about a tutor’s conduct, contact us immediately at info@cooperdynelearning.com.

Cooperdyne Learning provides tutoring services on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the session or package in question.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in Orange County, Florida.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will post the updated terms on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
